This shirt is combed and ring-spun cotton, which is considerably softer than the open end cotton of the 2000 . It comes in a wide variety of solid and heather colors. Hanes 5180 Beefy Tee
The Hanes 5180 Beefy-T, like the Bella+Canvas 3001, is also ring-spun cotton, however like the Gildan 2000, is 6.1 oz. For those looking for a softer tee shirt option, but with more weight. Price runs similar to that of the Canvas 3001.
Comfort Colors 1717
Finally there’s the Comfort Colors 1717. 100% ring-spun cotton, 6.1 oz. It is soft washed, garment dyed fabric and it comes in 88 unique colors. A little higher in price than the aforementioned, it’s a shirt made to last, and a favorite for many.
