BX008 Low Profile Cap
Our best low profile unstructured brushed twill cap option would be the BA BX008 cap. One of the reasons that we recommend this one, and all of these caps listed, is because they are 5 panel instead of 6 panel, which makes for better printing, as the 6 panel caps have a seam in the middle.
BA527 Knit Cap
Knit Caps
Screen printing isn’t necessarily as ideal for printing on knit caps compared to embroidery, this is due to the wider gaps in the knit material, where as a smooth surface is more desirable for printing. However there is one unique solution to this problem in choosing the Big Accessories BA527, which features smooth surface patch on the brim, which can fit a small print!
