In What Format Should I Submit My Artwork? – More often than not, we can work with any graphic format. Ideally, however, one color images are best submitted as jpg, tif, or pdf. Multi-color images are best submitted as Illustrator files if they’re spot color, jpg or tif if they’re full process color.

Submission of artwork is discussed in much more detail here. We know this can be confusing. Please don’t hesitate to ask for our assistance with this. We’re happy to help either by phone or email.

What Brand/Type of Shirts Do You Carry? – We carry just about anything you’d want from any major manufacturer in our industry. In t-shirts alone, we carry Alternative Apparel, American Apparel, Anvil, Bella+Canvas, Champion, Comfort Colors by Chouinard, Fruit of the Loom, Gildan, Hanes, Hyp Sportswear, and Jerzees. You can browse our catalog here.

How Long Will It Take for Me to Receive My Order? – Depending  on the time of year we can often have orders ready in a week or less. During our peak times of production when our printing schedule fills up (Spring and Summer months especially,) it may be a bit longer, but we can always guarantee orders to be ready upon two weeks from final approval. Don’t hesitate to inquire about a fast turnaround, we can pretty much always find a way to have your order ready for the time that you need it. During busy times of year a 10% rush charge may apply for orders needed in less than a week, and a 20% rush charge for orders needed in three days or less. (Three days or less is not always possible, depending on inventory and production schedule, however we’ll always try our best to find a way to make things work!)

Do You Print Samples? – Generally no. Our most valuable commodity is our press time. The reason our prices get lower as the orders get larger is that we get to spend more time printing in relation to the amount of time it takes to set up the job. If we’re setting up a job to produce a sample, it can often consume quite a bit of time, more, of course, depending upon how many colors are involved.

What Payment Terms Are Available? – We accept cash, check, Mastercard, Visa, and Paypal. We do accept Purchase Orders from schools and institutions. With approved credit, we can extend terms to regular business customers.

On most custom orders to new customers, we do ask a 50% deposit.

What If I Don’t Have Artwork? – We have a talented designer on staff. His name is Curt and he’ll be happy to create artwork for you or take your concept and make it press ready. There is, however, a charge for his services.

Do You Print In-House or Does Someone Else Do Your Printing? – While we pride ourselves on our customer service, we are primarily a full-service printing facility. All of our printing is done right here, within yards of the office where Tammy and Johnnie sit when you speak with them.

Can We Visit Your Shop? – One of the things most surprising to me is how many printers don’t list their address on their website. We’re at 420 Pine Street, Burlington VT, just about a mile from downtown. You are most welcome to visit our facility at any time.

The internet is responsible for just a small part of our business. We deal with many of our customers face to face right here in our office. Whether you’re local or visiting Vermont on vacation, feel free to stop in. We’d love to show you our facility.
